The support and development of Indigenous communities is a core business driver at Koormal. We do this in the form of mentoring and providing support for youth, and endeavouring to maintain a 15% indigenous staff ratio in each area of the business, from tradesmen and apprentices through to administration. Our valued relationships with the Waalitj Foundation, First Australians Capital and the Indigenous Chamber of Commerce help us achieve our goals.
