Gavin “Possum” McGuire
Managing Director
Gavin is a proud Nyoongar man from Ballardong Country, and brings over 20 years experience in the mining sector, spanning most regions across the State.
Gavin entered the industry at age 17, as a licensed plumber/gas fitter contractor and has had experience across the residential, construction, mining and industrial sectors.
Having successfully run his own business for many years, Gavin has both management and hands on experience, allowing him to proudly lead Koormal Group as an indigenous owned business, bringing capability and culture together.
Michael Jones
General Manager
Mike is a licensed plumbing contractor with over 40 years of business experience. He previously managed a large commercial plumbing business for a period of over 15 years.
As an experienced leader with extensive general management and operational management experience, Mike takes pride in being able to deliver on key business objectives in alignment with overall executive strategies.
Having been in supervisory, management and hands on roles across many trades within the construction industry, Mike has extensive problem solving skills and a vast network of contacts that allow him to solve any problem he is faced with.
